Personal Profile: Jennifer Taylor is an Accredited Leadership & Executive Coach (ACC) certified under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 20 years of experience partnering with organisations, both at a local and global level.
Using best practice coaching techniques and guided by the ICF Ethics and Coaching Methodology, Jennifer primarily draws on a Strengths & Values based framework, underpinned by principals in Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence.
Consulting to leaders at the forefront of organisational change, Jennifer has witnessed firsthand the truly transformative impact of coaching for individuals as they navigate the new world of work, and her career has spanned the spectrum of HR/Talent – from recruitment to outplacement, coaching to consulting and everything in between.
