The use of Internal Coaches to provide coaching within organisations is the fastest-growing segment of coaching practitioners. To support this growth and development, the Global ICF has included this as a key strategic focus for 2020 and beyond. The Singapore chapter shares this commitment and has created the Community of Practice for Internal Coaching to provide a place for interested ICF members to come together to share best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips in how to build strong coaching cultures within their organisations.

The Internal Coaching Community of Practice is hosted by Josephine Teo, PCC and Maik Frank, PCC
