Coaching Skills Enhancement Community of Practice

The Coaching Skills Enhancement CP is a collaborative learning space for coaches to practice coaching, observe different coaching styles, and share insights on different case studies to elevate your coaching skills in line with latest ICF’s Competencies. Peer coaching is a designed process that allows you to simultaneously resolve one of your own coaching issues and rapidly enhance your coaching skills at an advanced level. Each CP session will come with 1 CCEU.

The Coaching Skills Enhancement CP is facilitated by Tony Latimer, MCC BCC, senior executive coach and mastery level coach trainer.

Tony is a Master Executive Coach, working globally with leaders in transition; to guarantee promotion success for themselves, build effective leadership teams and sustainable rapid organisational change through his Profitable Leadership® framework. He is piloting one of the first Level 3 MCC training programmes and and has a new Level 3 CCE based membership programme delivering advanced masterclasses on The Simplicity of Mastery; pure connected presence.
