Personal Profile: An engaging and skilful facilitator, trainer and coach, I work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and my work results in valuable insights, learnings and behavioural changes. My background in TV & , Media has proven to be a valuable asset as it has taught me to be open-minded and creative as well as being a critical thinker and problem-solver. I firmly believe in a growth mindset and strength-based approach; my intercultural and extensive work experience adds diversity and depth to my training, facilitation and coaching practice. I am experienced in creating high-performance organisational cultures and enhancing personal and leadership skills through training and coaching executives, teams and managers at all levels.

One Sentence Introduction: It's never too late to grow or change: I transitioned from being a successful TV Producer and Creative consultant (working around the world) to starting my own coaching, facilitation and training practise using existing strengths, new skills and a natural curiosity to discover, explore and challenge.
