Personal Profile: Alex has more than 15 years of leadership development & human resources development experience ranging from, designing and implementing leadership and learning initiatives and organizational training plans to executive coaching and workshop facilitation. Alex's extensive and broad-based corporate experience in the Human Resources space spreads across the Information Technology, Military, Education, Manufacturing, FMCG and Professional Services Industries. Some of his senior level leadership roles included being the Asia Pacific South of Head of Learning Solutions at Harvard business Publishing, Corporate Learning and the Head of Talent Development for 3M Singapore. Alex is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF and he is also a Certified Solution Focused Coach accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification.
