Events Executive

Main Responsibility:

Accountable for the execution of ICF Singapore Chapter events in the term year in alignment with the priorities of the chapter and to create positive engagement. Works closely with the Director of Member Engagement.

Which includes duties such as:

• Assist in sourcing for high caliber speakers who possess specific subject matter expertise and are able to bring learning value to the participants through webinars or in-person events. Ensure that the topic and mode of delivery is appropriated and effective.

• Assist in the planning, co-ordination and execution of the event, either directly or provide guidance to delegated resources

• Support communicate, relations and practicalities with speakers

• Follow up on administrative requirements (e.g., Speaker’s Application Form) and ensure governance and adherence to principles

• Source and manage relevant resources, for example fellow EXCO leaders and volunteers

• Co-ordinate with the Communications Team to market the events on both online and offline platforms

• Co-ordinate with event portal provider to publish the event information

• Manage related event queries from both members and non-members

• Submit CCEU application to Global ICF and follow through

• Support in the registration and support in appropriate follow up actions, e.g., increasing publicity to drive awareness, registration or closing registration in the case of over-subscription

• Manage post event follow up – Event feedback form and CCEU certification
