Communications/Social Media Executive

Main Responsibility:

Accountable for the management and release of official ICF Singapore generated content on online platforms, ensuring on-brand positioning and accuracy. Works closely with Director for Marketing and Communications.

Which includes duties such as:

• Support the management ICF Singapore’s social media accounts (Facebook/Linkedin) and newsletter

• Support the publicising of ICF Singapore activities, events and global reports

• Develops interactive, creative and educational content for regularly scheduled posts, which engages the community and promote brand- focused messages

• Manage the chapter’s bi-weekly newsletter

• Editing videos/photos for posters/campaign/events

• Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with events, outreach, campaigns, or other brand messages

• Liaise with external vendors on newsletter’s coupon ads

• Liaise with Axon to put up banner ads for external vendors

• Support in reaching out to media personnel

• Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as

• Knowledge in using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn is a must.
