Personal Profile: He serves as a principal consultant, and presently, an advisor on many aspects of hr specialisms as Chief Talent Strategist and providing specialist consultancy offerings to clients in various sectors of industry. His forte lies in the development and delivery of people and change solutions, with a specific emphasis on the recruitment, development, management and retention of talent. As Chief Talent Strategist for ISPL, he works with clients to deliver progressive people solutions and interventions. He retired from the KPMG Singapore partnership in 2021 after serving the firm for 30 years. He has been critical in the implementation of innovative people solutions, change-management and business partnering programs to facilitate the organization’s strategic people agenda. He was the first human capital professional admitted as Partner in 2005 at KPMG. Since then, he has been instrumental in raising the profile of KPMG’s people efforts to becoming one of the top employers in Singapore and placing KPMG on the map as an employer of choice. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for a hr technology company, hreasily. He has also been appointed by the national body, TAFEP as Worklife Ambassador to promote the National Tripartite Standards for Singapore employers.
