During a coaching session, a coach:

  • Asks thought-provoking questions and makes you think deeper
  • Is objective, non-judgmental and will listen without any personal agenda
  • Helps the client uncover strategies and design solutions 
  • Holds the client accountable for the success that he/she defined for themselves

The essence of coaching is building capacity.
