Social Impact Coach Bench: Where Coaching Meets Community

The Coach Bench is a key component of our Social Impact Strategy, enabling the delivery of Coaches 4 Community, Ignite Programs, and innovative social impact initiatives at scale.

What is the Social Impact Coach Bench?

It is a community of approved ICF Credentialed Experienced Coaches who are members of the ICF Singapore Chapter. Each coach has a minimum of 125 logged coaching hours and a desire to give back to the community.

Coach Criteria

  • Must be a member of the ICF Singapore Chapter.
  • Must hold an ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
  • Must have a minimum of 125 logged client coaching hours.

  • A desire to cultivate coaching cultures.
  • Significant professional and diverse life experience.
  • Commitment to fulfilling all program deliverables.

Program specific criteria may include:

  • Specific coaching focus areas.
  • Availability for in-person or hybrid coaching.
  • Relevant professional experience.

How do I apply?

To complete your registration, you will need the following information:

  • Your ICF membership number.
  • The expiration date of your current ICF credential.
  • The total number of coaching hours you have logged.
  • A link to your LinkedIn profile.
  • Your profile in PDF format, suitable for sharing with prospective clients.
