Social Impact - The Heart of our work
Where purpose meets action — empowering leaders, amplifying voices, and nurturing lasting social impact through the transformative power of ICF credentialed coaching.
We focus on building strategic partnerships with organisations that provide support and services to communities and individuals who are most in need. Through our Social Impact Coach Bench and Coaches 4 Community Programs, we strive to fulfil our mission and purpose.
Social Impact Coach Bench
Launched in January 2025, the Social Impact Coach Bench is the cornerstone of our Social Impact strategy. It comprises more than 100 ICF Credentialed Experienced Coaches who are passionate about giving back to the community through the power of coaching.
The Coach Bench provides:
- Scalability for Coaches 4 Community Programs, allowing us to support more programs and clients.
- The creation of new Social Impact programs such as Group Coaching, Walk and Coach, and experiential coaching opportunities.
- A structured platform for ICF Singapore coaches to give back to the community, enabling them to focus on coaching rather than the business side of coaching.

Coaches 4 Community (C4C) Program
This formalised program is designed to raise awareness of the transformational power of coaching, develop leaders with a coaching mindset, foster organisational coaching cultures, and create ripple effects within the communities we serve.
The Coaches 4 Community Programs extend the reach of ICF-credentialed coaching to those who may not have the means to experience its benefits. The programs are tailored to specific objectives and the organisation's resources.
Who do we partner with?
We collaborate with Social Services Agencies, NGOs, Registered Charities, and corporate social responsibility departments of organisations committed to creating and delivering support services and programs for less advantaged communities.
What we ask of our Partners
We request:
- Executive sponsorship and motivation to bring the benefits of coaching to their organisation.
- Support in raising awareness of ICF Credentialed Coaching through public sharing of our partnership and program milestones.
- Clear objectives and defined goals regarding what they hope to achieve.
ICF Singapore works alongside its partners to define organisational objectives and outcomes, as well as program components and timelines, culminating in a signed program agreement to ensure clarity and purpose for the Coaches 4 Community Program.
Partner Benefits
Participants in the program receive:
- Programmatic support, including objectives, components, timelines, and a program manager.
- Access to experienced ICF Credentialed Coaches matched to the client's preferences.
- Programs are offered in pro bono and low-bono formats, tailored to meet the objectives and resources of the organisation.
- Coaching sessions available as 1-on-1, group, and Walk and Coach formats.
How long is a typical Coaches 4 Community program?
The program is typically offered over six months and includes an introductory coaching workshop, a program launch, 4–6 coaching sessions, and a celebration review event.

MINDS is a non-profit social service agency dedicated to serving persons with intellectual disability and their families.
Established in 1962, we offer a comprehensive network of services, including educational, vocational, residential, and community-based programmes. With a mission to provide lifelong support, we strive to enhance the quality of life of our clients and advocate for their integration into society.

St. Andrew’s Autism Centre (SAAC) was established in 2005 to meet a growing need to serve persons on the autism spectrum
We achieve this by enriching their lives and that of their families through quality education, training and care, distinguished by Christian love and compassion. Today, we serve over 470 persons with autism through our Special Education School, 2 Day Activity Centres, and Singapore’s first Residential Home for persons with autism.
At SAAC, we hold our values of Love, Integrity, Growth, Honour, and Teamwork very close to our hearts. We believe that everyone deserves to live a life filled with purpose and meaning, and we strive to make that a reality for our beneficiaries and their families.
ICF and SAAC are working together to create a Coaching Culture at St. Andrew’s Autism Centre
Viriya Community Services (VCS) was founded on March 8, 2001, as a social service agency by Venerable Sek Meow Ee. As the secular community service arm of Leong Hwa Monastery, VCS serves clients of all race and religion.
Our core activities align with our vision ‘Caring for you; enhancing quality of life‘ and our mission to promote fulfilling lives. Guided by these values, we are dedicated to delivering quality social services with right effort and compassion, making a positive and sustainable impact on society.
We provide a range of community-based services, including family services, mental health services, community development programs, and specialist services such as psychotherapy, psychological services, grief and bereavement support, patient and caregiver counselling, and employee assistance programmes.
ICF created a Coaches 4 Community program for the Viriya Community Services Leadership Team.

Creating a Coaching Culture at St. Andrew’s Autism Centre (SAAC)
ICF Singapore and St. Andrew’s Autism Centre (SAAC) signed a two-year MOU to leverage each other’s capabilities and resources to positively contribute to SAAC’s goal of creating a coaching culture in support of its leadership development framework.
ICF and SAAC Celebration Cohort 1 Completion
Leaders from St. Andrew's Autism Centre, along with our dedicated ICF Credential Coaches, celebrated the achievements of the first cohort of the Leading with a Coaching Mindset program.
ICF Singapore and St. Andrew's Autism Centre joined forces to unlock the transformative power of ICF-Credentialed Coaching. The program delivered:
- An introduction to coaching workshop for 48 leaders
- A coaching program, pairing 25 leaders with coaches
- Over 100 pro bono coaching hours
- An in-person event sharing feedback and celebrating the coaching journey
Harnessing the Transformative Power of Coaching for Viriya Community Services Leaders
The Coaches 4 Community (C4C) program, which served as the final module of the Viriya Community Services (VCS) Leadership Program, paired ten VCS leaders with ten ICF Credentialed Coaches for one-on-one confidential coaching sessions.
This program included key components such as an introductory webinar on coaching and an in-person celebration event, where participants shared their feedback and discussed ways to maximise their coaching experience.
