The Team Coaching Community of Practice (CP) is a monthly forum to share and learn about the Science, Art and the Real World Practice of Team Coaching.
In each session, we will anchor a specific topic either on a team coaching approach, ICF competencies or real-life experiences. Through these monthly sessions, the Team Coaching CP hopes to broaden awareness, knowledge and skills of attendees whether they may already be in team coaching roles or aspiring to be team coaches one day.
Every session is interactive and participative, allowing space for learning, sharing and networking. The Team Coaching CP is held every second Monday of each month from 8 to 9.30 pm (SGT).
The Team Coaching CP is organized by a committee of very passionate people who are keenly enthusiastic to make the CP the Go-To platform for team coaching. The team is open to anyone who is also keen to contribute. Feel free to reach out to us during our sessions.
The Team Coaching CP is headed by Tan Swee Heng. Swee Heng is a certified Shared Leadership Team Coach with more than 10 years experience in team & leadership coaching in Asia Pacific. This is in addition to his 31 years as a management practitioner in 3 large organizations. A PCC, Swee Heng is also Global Program Director of the Team Coach Certification Program®. Swee Heng has published a book “Coaching In The Moment — How busy leaders can make more impact with less time” and is currently working towards his MCC.
