Personal Profile: I specialise in executive coaching, leadership and team development. Prior to focussing on coaching, I spent 25 years in various international commercial marketing roles, and 5 years in a start-up. These are experiences which I am able to draw on as I empathise and offer observations and perspectives to my clients. I am also passionate about helping women leaders and entrepreneurs succeed and become the best leaders they can be using their natural strengths and owning their own styles.
