There have been seasons in my life that quietly changed everything I believed was secure. Moments that left me unsure of myself and uncertain about the road ahead. In that unravelling, I came to understand something deeply human — our stories are not fragile threads. They are living weaves. They stretch. They reshape. They can be re-woven.
Through lived experience, I learned that when we gently shift the way we hold our story, something within us steadies. What once felt overwhelming begins to soften. A quieter strength takes root.
Today, I support individuals living through and beyond cancer. We speak about the parts that often remain unspoken — fear, identity shifts, the quiet “What now?” that follows treatment. Together, we explore what feels true now and what new possibilities may be waiting to emerge.
My work complements medical care. It supports the person living beyond the diagnosis.
