Personal Profile: Wanna is a HR practitioner with strong passion in self-directed learning, HR and Coaching. Being a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), she is currently undergoing Advanced Diploma in Career Counselling and Coaching from Nanyang Polytechnic (Expected completion in 2024). She is a Talent acquisition consultant with Upper Spring Consulting, talent scouting in the IT, Fintech, Shipping, healthcare, digital renewable energy industries. She was a People manager and Program Director for social enterprise Viva Nurture (Finalist for Social Enterprise of the Year [President’s Challenge 2019] for 2.5 years, providing education programs for the lower income students. She also co-founded a corporate training company, PWAC Business (Promising SME 500 2014 Business Luminary Award) delivering clinical research training programs. Earlier in her career, Wanna worked in an MNC (Philips Electronics Singapore) as a Key Account manager with expertise in sales and relationship management and Project Manager with expertise in project and timeline management for 8 years
