I spent over two decades on the frontlines of international banking and financial services in New York, London, and Singapore. Working within fast-paced global institutions like HSBC, Standard Chartered, UBS and Merrill Lynch, I experienced firsthand the relentless pressure to deliver, the uncertainty of structural shifts, and the challenge of keeping your head above water while climbing the corporate ladder.
Alongside my professional journey is my own multicultural background. Living, working, and integrating across diverse continents has given me a deep, lived empathy for the challenges of the modern, multicultural workforce. I understand what it means to adapt, to decode invisible cultural nuances, and to strive for visibility and belonging within highly diverse team structures.
