Personal Profile: Graduated from Hobart & William Smith College in N.Y (Major in Psychology and Computer Science).
She joined IBM corporation as a bilingual executive assistant and devoted herself to work with managing directors in sales and SVP in business strategy.
After 20 years of working in that major IT company, she transferred to a coaching company to work as a personal assistant to the CEO and switched her role to be a coach. She experienced coaching activities in organizational transformation for major firms and also facilitated classes for business persons who joined the program to learn coaching.
She became an individual coach in 2021. She has conducted coaching for business persons globally. Major areas of coaching are: personal/business coaching for business persons on career development, improvement of communication skills, self-management.
She experienced living in the US, Germany and UK, which gave her a broad, multicultural perspective.
