About
Personal Profile: I am an executive coach based in Singapore. I work with senior leaders and founders on the decisions that cannot be thought through from inside the situation.
I hold ICF accreditation at the ACC level and the EMCC Global EIA Practitioner Level. I am a certified Leadership Circle Profile practitioner and an Accredited Practising Management Consultant with SBACC, and I hold an MBA alongside Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training.
My working life before coaching spanned London, California, and Asia. A decade in California across financial services, banking, insurance, government and professional services. In Asia, leading global and multicultural teams.
That range is why I tend to read a leadership problem structurally before I read it personally. Often, what looks like a personality problem is an escalation problem or a decision-rights problem wearing a personality costume.
My approach combines mindfulness, reflective dialogue and practical strategic thinking, structured through the Three-Pillar Clarity Method™: forensic diagnosis, strategic clarity, and pressure and recovery. Clients leave sessions with decision maps and ninety-day roadmaps rather than encouragement.
I work best with people navigating growth, transition, or a leadership challenge they have not been able to resolve on their own. What I try to provide is a setting where someone can be honest about what is actually happening and then do something with it.
