Personal Profile: I am a global HR executive with over 20 years of experience shaping people strategy across the APAC, EMEA, and US regions. I have worked with CEOs and senior leaders in technology, energy, aviation, financial services, and SaaS to drive organisational growth, M&A integration, and transformation.
At GE, I led mobility and JV integrations across regions and established shared service hubs in China and South Africa. At Meta, I directed global HR crisis operations, building frameworks and incident response processes that safeguarded employees and strengthened organisational resilience. Most recently, at Braze, I led the rebuilding of the APAC People Team, focusing on retention, leadership capability, and aligning regional operations with global strategy.
I view HR as corporate diplomacy — bridging global ambition with regional execution. My approach is pragmatic, people-centred, and data-driven, ensuring transformation is sustainable while safeguarding culture.
Alongside corporate leadership, I founded GROW HR Consulting, coaching executives and advising organisations navigating complexity. Coaching complements my HR leadership by deepening my focus on resilience, succession, and people development.
