Personal Profile: Peiyi Nguee is a leadership and performance coach with over 20 years of experience building and leading organisations across public education, private enterprise, and founder-led ventures. She currently serves as Managing Director of Mathnasium Singapore, where she oversees growth, profitability, curriculum standards, and leadership across multiple centres.
Her work has largely been in complex, real-world environments shaped by regulatory requirements, franchisor constraints, and evolving team capabilities. She has led both growth and recovery situations, including scaling a centre into a top-performing international franchise while stabilising and restructuring another.
Peiyi’s coaching focuses on leaders and professionals who are navigating situations where the path forward is not immediately clear.
