About
Personal Profile: I’m Michel Voogd — a coach, mentor, and trainer with over 25 years of leadership experience across Asia and Europe. I work with LGBT+ individuals and allies, who are navigating change and deciding how they want to move forward.
Whether related to career, health, family, social life, love life, identity, purpose, finances, personal growth, spirituality, fun or happiness — I am here for you. I provide a confidential space, to help you identify and break harmful patterns, explore new approaches, and make meaningful, lasting change. I’m here to meet you where you’re at, and support you without judgment.
Why me? I am gay, a husband and a father. I’ve successfully navigated all these conversations myself — with family, friends, employers and colleagues. I have lived and worked in several countries and travelled all over the world — including places where being LGBT+ carries real consequences. Besides coaching, I’m an active volunteer in Singapore’s LGBT+ community, to try and make a little bit of difference.
My coaching style is clear, direct, and honest, without judgment. I challenge perspectives when it helps you grow and stand by you when things feel uncertain or complex. Together, we focus on clarifying what you want, identifying barriers, and taking action toward the life you’re building.
