Personal Profile: With over 25 years of experience, I lead global supply management as Director at Corning Incorporated, overseeing APAC Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Analytics. My role focuses on aligning regional supply chain strategies with global objectives to enable revenue, gross margin and drive cost savings while managing a diverse portfolio, including materials such as glass, metals, plastics, fiber optics and other mech-electronics products. My core competencies include procurement, strategic partnerships, and communication, which are central to delivering impactful results. Embracing a digital-first approach, I spearheaded the digital transformation of supplier onboarding and capacity planning, enhancing operational efficiency. My mission is to foster collaboration and innovation that continually meets and exceeds business expectations.
One Sentence Introduction: I have been in my career for more than 25 years and more than 15 years serving as a corporate key leader in several MNCs. It is always a great pleasure for me to witness my team members' growth and success in their career or in their personal life, with me playing a small part of their growth and success. One of my personal beliefs is that “Extending ONE HAND to help somebody has more value than joining TWO HANDS for prayer!” Coaching is probably is the best way to demonstrate the value of this purpose for me, which I committed my time and energy to deliver this coaching services to whoever that would benefit from it, either in corporate or in personal life.
