Personal Profile: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), trauma-informed Life Coach, and founder of Rise Reborn™. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a specialization in trauma, and nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through personal growth and meaningful life change, my work is centered on helping women reconnect with themselves and intentionally create the next chapter of their lives. My coaching focuses on identity, self-worth, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, personal growth, confidence, and fulfillment. I am especially passionate about working with women who have spent years caring for others, adapting to expectations, people-pleasing, or losing touch with their own needs and identity and are now ready to ask, “Who am I now, and what do I truly want for my life?” My approach is compassionate, empowering, and action-oriented. I integrate my understanding of human behavior, relationships, trauma, attachment, mindfulness, and personal development with coaching strategies designed to build self-awareness, strengthen self-trust, clarify goals, and turn insight into meaningful action. I believe that transformation is not simply about becoming someone new. Often, it is about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that became quiet, hidden, or forgotten along the way. Through Rise Reborn™, my mission is to help women heal, grow, reclaim their voice, reconnect with their identity, and create lives that feel authentic, purposeful, and deeply their own. Heal. Grow.
