Personal Profile: With nearly 20 years of international experience across environment, carbon and corporate sustainability, spanning roles as an auditor, consultant and corporate sustainability leader, I bring a practical and systemic understanding of complex organizational realities.
My experience has taken me working with multinational organizations, corporate leaders, NGOs and diverse stakeholders. Having worked from different sides of the table, I understand both the strategic demands of organizations and the human dynamics behind change.
Alongside my professional career, I have increasingly turned my attention to the human side of change and developed my practice in coaching.
