Personal Profile: Debbie Hogan , MCC, is a Life and Executive coach with over 20 years experience in leadership development, team coaching, personal transition and organisational change-management. She has been training coaches since 2004 and in 2016 became accredited as an ACTP with the ICF. As an executive coach, she works with CEO's, business owners and managers in both the private and public sector. Debbie is the Owner and Managing Director of the Academy of Solution Focused Training and was the first to bring Solution Focused Coaching and certification to Asia. She has trained leaders, managers and teams across Asia, Europe and the United States. Debbie has contributed to several book chapters and is co-editor of "Solution Focused Practice in Asia,"and "Solution Focused Practice Around the World." As a 'Third Culture Kid' married to a 'Third Culture Kid' and having raised a daughter born in Singapore as a second generation 'Third Culture Kid', Debbie is keenly aware of what it means to be a global citizen and the unique opportunities it brings. She is from the United States and has lived in Korea, Japan, Okinawa, New Guinea and has called Singapore 'home' for the last 30 years.
