Personal Profile: I help business leaders find their authentic leadership voice, deal with the stress that comes with regularly taking high stakes decision and increase their positive influence as leaders. In my coaching sessions, I help them bring clarity to thoughts which they can't openly discuss with others and create an action plan to achieve their goals faster. I find meaning in helping others find their own purpose. This is what drove me to give up a lucrative Investment banking career to focus on coaching and leadership development. I have a deep interest in psychology and have applied concepts from cognitive behavior therapy and transaction analysis in my work with clients over the last five years. I focus on leaders because they can have a multiplier effect. An effective leader creates exponential value for the organization through his or her influence on the strategy, people, and processes in the organization. Coaching and training mid-to-senior level executives in Fortune 500, funded start-ups and entrepreneurs & I have worked with clients from Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East, South Africa, and the US during my professional career.
