Personal Profile: A few years ago, I felt like I was at a dead end at work. No matter how hard I pushed, or tried to do the right thing, nothing seemed to change! I needed a different approach, and was inspired by an internal course on coaching skills I discovered the power of coaching was about growing the capability of the coachee, and aligning them to their values and purpose I now have a role I love doing, I feel I have found my voice, and want to use it to create a force for change in others.
