About
Personal Profile: Claudia is passionate about empowering senior executives and helping them to reflect and step out of their autopilot mode. Challenging their thinking she enables leaders to turn their insights into powerful habits that enhance their leadership impact, decision-making and ultimately work life satisfaction. Claudia started her corporate career with Siemens Belgium, where she became the youngest female manager in a leading position. For the past 25 years, she has been working in Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai with individuals and teams of more than 40 nationalities across industries. At the business school INSEAD she wrote a wide range of studies focusing on strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, negotiation and innovation. She further served as Vice-President for the Belgium Luxembourg business Group in Singapore, where she set up her company to provide strategy consulting and coaching and lectured at the National University of Singapore. Certified in Hogan, Team Diagnostic Assessment and DiG (Discovery Innovation Growth), Claudia is experienced in a variety of psychometric tools, such as Global executive leadership Inventory (GELI), leadership Skills Inventory (LSI), Lifo, MBTI I & II, DISC, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Firo-B, Harrison Assessments and StrengthsFinder.For corporate training clients Claudia designs and facilitates transformative workshops on leadership Development, change-management, Critical and Creative Thinking, Cross-Cultural/Effective Communication, Influencing Skills and Conflict Management.
