She coaches and supports C-Suite executives ,senior executives and high potential talent of global organisations to sharpen and leverage their strengths , to see more strategically ,to transcend their limitations, to shift their mindset and behaviours to bring greater value to the organisation. She was a former Partner with the Human Capital Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and now Managing Director of Excelsa Consulting . Her clients are global organisations in a wide spectrum of industries including healthcare services, pharmaceutical/bio-medical , hotels and resorts , wealth management banks , high technology companies , aerospace ,fast moving consumer goods, education , chemicals, energy as well as high profile ministries in the public sector. Her assignments include coaching on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, talent and leadership management and development , intercultural competence and integration.
