Personal Profile: Over the years, living and working in Europe, North America, and Asia, Patricia has developed strong communication and listening skills, deep cultural awareness, and an ingenuity that she brings freely to her coaching practice. She has always cared about the wellbeing and the development of her community - and she has done that by supporting people in transforming their behaviours and mindsets to increase their quality of life.
Passionate about coaching and education, Patricia has launched her company in 2022.
She partners with organisations to create a roadmap to wellbeing so as to enable positive change and growth. She specialises in supporting individuals and groups to create their unique sustainable lifestyle changes, to fully embrace their core values and strengths and to cultivate the adaptability and resilience for changes.
In addition to being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Patricia holds a certificate in Cognitive Coaching, and a certificate in Working with Emotional Intelligence. A learner by nature, she studies self-compassion, coaching with the power of metaphors and neuroscience.
As a professional who has worked in a bilingual environment for many years, Patricia offers in English or French one-to-one coaching, group coaching and tailored workshops.
