Personal Profile: Cathy has coached people in a business context for the past 28 years, beginning in her corporate roles and continuing into coaching as a profession for the past 14 years. Her clients include C-Suite executive team members, senior managers who need to develop from manager to leader, and fast-tracked middle management high potentials. They come from a variety of industries across Asia, including advertising, finance, IT, consumer products, banking, education, government, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, online media and industrial products. She is a Certified Professional Coach and uses Integral Coaching methodology to enable development across a range of professional and personal arenas to increase the speed, depth and impact of coaching. This coaching methodology is ultimately focused on developing long-term excellence and the ability to self-correct in areas the client is currently less competent, and to foster sustainable change. As an Integral Coach, her mission is to leave her clients more fulfilled, freer and also more able to pursue what is important to them. Her work with individuals is intended to develop competence and resourcefulness, and to lessen suffering.
