Personal Profile: Thank you for your interest, here’s is a brief intro to me and my work: I contribute to make business better and more human. I support leaders to be better at making their people better, and I help teams to work better together. I love that I get to know and work with fantastic people who want to grow, and am thankful that they invite me to be part of their dreams, striving and challenges. My work is to take care of people, be on their side, help them to grow, become wiser and to cross boundaries. Today I head up novosensus, and work with MNC and SME clients around the world. This also gives me the opportunity to co-create with inspiring partners, and learn from them. At novosensus we help leaders grow, teams to build momentum and organizations to evolve their culture. In addition, I also hold a few educational positions, which is often an eyeopening experience. I have deep compassion for people and understanding of organizations, as I have lived an intense corporate life myself. I experienced highly successful organisations, but I also have a collection of “battle-scars” that taught me a lot. My roots are on the Beautiful small Island of Bornholm in Denmark, but my wanderlust enabled me to live almost 2/3 of my life in Germany and Asia.
