Company Profile: I am the founder of Profitable Leadership® (formerly known as ACCI Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute) and a specialist in CEO and Business Head transition coaching. My work has two strands: coaching senior corporate leaders directly, and teaching experienced coaches to work at the level those leaders need.
**Credentials and tenure**
I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2008, one of the first examined MCCs globally (approximately MCC #103), and a Board Certified Coach (BCC), part of the founding cohort in 2012. I have accumulated over 25,000 coaching hours. My independent practice was established in 2001, following my first exposure to coach training in 1984 through Timothy Gallwey's Inner Game. I am a Founding Member and Past President of the ICF Singapore Chapter, and have served as an ICF Global Assessor and member of the Coach Training Task Force.
**The Corporate Practice**
70% of new CEOs fail within their first 18 months, not through lack of capability but through the shift in role, complexity, and system-level leadership that few are prepared for.
I work with newly appointed CEOs, Business Heads stepping into full P&L responsibility, and CHROs responsible for getting those transitions right. Engagements typically run across a full business cycle, from 1:1 CEO coaching through leadership team development to organisation-wide management capability work.
The work is underpinned by frameworks developed over twenty-five years of practice—Profitable Leadership® and Leadership at the Speed of Thought™—which support leaders to operate effectively at increasing levels of complexity.

**The Simplicity of Mastery™ programme**
For coaches, I run Simplicity of Mastery™, a mastery-level development programme for credentialed coaches with active practices who want to work at the level senior clients need.
The work develops the ability to operate beyond prepared questions, structures, and models—those same elements ICF identifies as limiting mastery. It integrates six bodies of work developed across my career: Coaching at the Speed of Thought, Coaching Without Models, The Flow of Mastery, Energetic Presence, the Profitable Leadership® frameworks, and the Three Laws of Coaching™, principles that define coaching as a mode of communication.
Two pathways are offered. Professional Membership provides ongoing development with monthly live tutorials, open to coaches credentialed by ICF, EMCC, and other recognised bodies. The Level 3 Cohort is a structured four-month MCC pathway for PCC holders, approved for 81 ICF Level 3 Core Competency hours and built around observed coaching, detailed feedback, and ten hours of mentor coaching.
All teaching is delivered directly by me. Members work alongside serious practitioners and apply the work in their own coaching from day one.
