Personal Profile: Helena is an independent professional coach in the field of leadership development and behavioural transformation. Over the past 16 years, Helena has worked effectively with leaders from diverse backgrounds, nationalities and across industry sectors. Helena’s passion for, and, pursuit, of individual growth, has led her to study and participate in various key programs in the fields of leadership and personal development.
Notably, Helena is keenly aware of human behaviour and has a well-developed capability to surface subconscious patterns that her clients are grappling with. She draws on action-oriented and values/beliefs-based techniques, mindfulness, and other holistic approaches. Helena’s work with influential leaders enables them to harness potential, drive performance, and ensure sustainable impact both on a personal and professional level.
Holding Degrees in both Marketing and Translation/Interpreting, Helena has a background as a senior marketing and communications manager and strategist. Prior to establishing her coaching practice, she had a successful career in the global media industry. Fluent in Spanish, French and Swedish, both her corporate and coaching careers have seen Helena traverse the globe, giving her an extensive working and cultural knowledge of Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific region.
Helena’s areas of specialization include the discovery and harnessing of self-awareness, authentic leadership, values-based decision making and successfully building strategic stakeholder and interpersonal relationships.
Helena is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified to administer and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and has extensive experience with various other 360 feedback tools. Helena has also worked on senior level experiential leadership development programs INSEAD for the past 7 years.
Helena, born in Sweden, has lived in numerous countries in Europe, North & South America and Asia since she was very young and embraces an international lifestyle. Since 2001, Helena has been based in Singapore.
