One Sentence Introduction: Enabling others to liberate their human spirit...International Association of Facilitation (IAF) Certified Professional facilitator (CPF) and the first IAF CPF Assessor in Singapore. As CPF Assessor, he assess facilitators in IAF CPF assessments to become a CPF. He is a also a leadership Coach for senior leaders and managers.Has extensive facilitation in schools, government and private sector organisations.He is also the only WIAL Master Action Learning Coach in Asia. (outside Japan) Choon Seng established the Singapore Affilitate of WIAL as well as facilitating the establishment of Affilitates in Asia. Choon Seng has facilitated Action Learning Programs in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Taipei, Hong Kong, Malaysia. He has used Action Learning in leadership development in many organisations in Singapore and also coach leaders in New York and Seattle.He is the author of What's your Question? and co-author of Optimizing the Power of Action Learning
