Personal Profile: I am a business executive, coach, wife and mother of three. After 27 years of marketing and innovation leadership roles in large multinational companies, I set up my coaching and consultancy business this year in Singapore. My calling as coach happened when I needed a coach as a business executive. With a helpful coach, I was able to sift through uncertainties at work and at home. I realised that having coaching skills improved my communication skills as a business leader, and more importantly, as a mom. So, I studied ontological coaching, health and wellness coaching and am now a Professional Certified Coach credentialled by the International Coaching Federation. My family is my centrepiece of being and a huge part of why I am a health coach too. Navigating the intersection of work and family to meet serious health concerns is something we all live through. I continue to be a learner in this craft, taking graduate diploma programs on Psychology (Monash) and Human Nutrition (Deakin), taking advanced coaching training on coaching others through their cancer journey. I am also preparing to take the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches in the USA. By combining my executive coaching experience with health and care coaching, I can partner with my clients and their families to pivot up and win.
