Personal Profile: A Certified Professional Transformational Coach: I use a transformative framework Awareness + Clarity+ Choice Conversation (by Coach Masters Academy) that integrates with the science of Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence in the process. It focuses on expanding the thinking capacity, through the process of heightening awareness and deepen learning, positive change is desirable and sustainable. My focus has been on well being of individuals holistically, and currently learning to coach Team.
Prior to training as a professional coach, I worked 21 years in 3 top Fortune 100 IT companies: I have first-hand understanding and insight into demanding corporate work and work-life balance. I also worked for a start-up and NGO for another 7 years. The life experiences of pain and joy have led me to the calling of being a coach, a trained skills to help myself and others to unleash the untapped potential in living a meaningful and purposeful life.
