Personal Profile: Rajiv Vij is a Life and executive Coach, author and speaker. He works with leaders in business, public service and social sector, based across Asia-Pacific, to help them discover and fulfil their leadership potential. His client list includes Fortune-500 corporations like American Express, BASF, Coca-Cola, Facebook, HSBC, Kraft Foods, SAP and Vodafone, some of the largest Asia-based organisations, and social sector organizations like Singapore-based Centre for non-profit leadership (CNPL) and National Council for Social Service (NCSS). Rajiv has many years of leadership experience and prior to starting his coaching practice in 2006, served as Managing Director (Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe) for Franklin Templeton Investments one of the largest global investment management firms. Driven by a deep desire to seek greater meaning, Rajiv gave up an exciting corporate career to start a new life he made this conscious choice towards better facilitating his personal journey of self-discovery, and through coaching, actively helping others with theirs. Rajiv is committed to a host of community activities and voluntarily coaches a number of leaders in the social sector. He also writes a blog on the journey of personal mastery, has authored two books, including the latest release, Inside-Out Leadership: 16 radical insights successful leaders wish they had discovered sooner, and is a regular speaker at various business, leadership and social forums. Rajiv is based in Singapore.
