About
Personal Profile: I am an entrepreneurial-style and customer-centric coach with proven ability to lead intercultural and cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business goals via empowering/coaching team to unleash their potentials, leading by example and fostering a strong team-culture. My vision is to enable leaders and entrepreneurs to become the best versions of themselves.
I have been working as a management consultant and a leadership coach since 2018 in China. Prior to it, I had worked for 13 years in different locations (China, Taiwan, Germany, and Singapore) & positions in the biggest chemical company in the world - BASF Group. Many assignments in different countries and regions broadened my international vision and accumulated rich experience in sales and marketing, business development, business management, quality management, project management. Prior to BASF, I had 4 years working experience as a senior quality engineer at TECH Semiconductor in Singapore and 6 years of teaching and research experience as a lecturer in the Chemistry Dept. of Shantou University in China.
My experiences, knowledge and skills bring a wide perspective and global & growth mindsets to my coaching, consulting, and mentoring projects. I work with leaders to overcome their challenges by supporting them to develop new skills and competencies, build strong teams, manage change effectively, stay focused on the most important priorities, and make better decisions, so that they achieve their full potential as leaders, build successful businesses, and create lasting legacies.
