Personal Profile: business and integrity-driven seasoned professional with 20 years experience as a hr consultant specialising in leadership assessment; development, coaching, organisation development, and rewards. Jee-Young has obtained various experience across multi-industries such as e-Commerce, High Tech, Energy, Chemicals, Financial, FMCG, Health Care, Heavy Industry, Hospitality, Machinery, Manufacturing, Materials, Semiconductor, Retail, etc. as well as cultures/countries. ;Jee-Young has built her own career in Japan last 20 years and moved to Singapore with her family in 2019. She has been working on global projects to enhance employee engagement and leadership assessment and coaching for next generation leaders working in foreign multinational companies. Throughout the projects which Jee-Young worked on, she realized the importance of effective leadership and people management to enhance employee engagement as well as to create the desired culture for the organization. This realization made Jee-Young get interested in coaching, and now Jee-Young is dedicated to her own coaching learning journey. Jee-Young is South Korean and fluent in Korean, Japanese and English.
