Pro-Bono Coaching

WELCOME TO EXPERIENCE COACHING AND COACHING FOR COMMUNITY – ICF SINGAPORE CHAPTER

Vision Statement

“Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF member represents the highest quality of professional coaching”

The ICF Singapore chapter is excited to show how coaching can impact society. We know that professional coaching has the power to transform organizations, increasing performance and effectiveness. We continue to launch global initiatives to accelerate and amplify system change with our partners.

Through the many years of experience, we believe that sustainability is the most important factor to see long-term impact of pro bono coaching projects:

  1. To support people who need coaching but are unable to afford the fee.
  2. To introduce coaching into different levels of society.

According to Global Coaching Client Study 2016, a research done by ICF Global, results showed that there is a substantial increase in productivity in the workplace and also improvement in personal development

“Everybody needs a coach” — Eric Schmidt,  former CEO of Google.

A coach can help you see yourself as other people see you. A coach can help you see when your actions are not in line with your personal goals and vision.

Main focus:

  1. Create awareness and understanding of coaching among the leaders/clients in the community.
  2. Engage our members with opportunities to coach.
  3. Facilitate pro-bono coaching projects.
  4. Platform for student associates to learn and grow their coaching skills
