Personal Profile: John Lau is a generalist (jack of all trades) and he believes that’s all right. His career journey includes six years in a youth-run leadership organization; two years as a Management Consultant; two+ years as a Human Resources Manager in an eCommerce company. Now, he is a Project Manager. Beyond the full-time job, John is a Coach in training with Ideal Coaching Global (an ICF accredited programme) since June 2021. His vision is for people to walk away with higher self-awareness in achieving their goals. Throughout his career, he has led four teams with a span of control between 5-14 from diverse nationalities. One of his proudest achievements is leading a collaborative region-local initiative to enable 100% year-on-year product growth in 9 months, leveraging the Facebook digital marketing boom in 2015.
