Personal Profile: I have over 35 years of cross-cultural immersion and leadership experience in training, leadership development and in the international non-profit sector. As a professional coach, I support leaders to transition well into different seasons of life and to meet the challenges of their ever-changing environment and VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. My years of living overseas has seen me working with global leaders from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I believe every person is resourceful, creative and has value and worth.
