Personal Profile: I am an Organisational Coach, a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach, and a Guide/Instructor with the Open Leadership Network. I provide organisational and systems coaching for companies seeking to reinvent themselves and to amplify the talent of their people. This gives them the best chance of excelling in their respective business environments. Practically, this means designing purposeful OD interventions, including executive and team coaching, leadership training, elucidating high-performance patterns and behaviours, and guiding the adoption of powerful frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and XP. I serve the Agile Singapore user group as community leader and am Founder of the Regional Scrum Gathering℠ Singapore conference. I also serve on the Executive Committee of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches as Director of Learning & Development. I publish and speak regularly at Agile conferences worldwide. I was honoured to receive the prestigious SkillsFuture Fellowship Award, the highest accolade for skills mastery presented by the President of Singapore, in 2021.
