In my life, everything seemed PICTURE-PERFECT:
A thriving career, a generous paycheck, an incredible team, a leadership team that believed in me, a supportive family, and the best set of friends.
To the outside world, it appeared as though I had it all together.
Yet inside, behind this facade of success, I was really STRUGGLING.
I found myself constantly saying yes to everything, stuck in a cycle of overwork, stress and pressure, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. Despite outward appearances, I was failing to keep up.
While others saw me as thriving, internally, I was merely surviving.
The relentless pressure and expectations on myself had taken its toll:
Professionally, I was experiencing BURNOUT, and personally, I was LOST.
But after a while this sparked something inside me. I knew I had to make a CHANGE.
Within 1 year, I’d retrained and got certified.
I left my Managing Director role of a 500-person Scaleup.
And now run my own Growth Company.
