Personal Profile: I spend my time developing my coaching and training activity between France and Singapore, having lived and worked for most of my career in Paris. Born in the UK, I come from an Anglo Dutch family, have lived in Brussels for 4 years and spent over 5 years in the USA. My recent coaching and training experience spreads across a range of sectors internationally: Banking, Audit & Consulting, Healthcare, Food & Drink, Retail, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, IT services, Travel, Aeronautics and Space Engineering. The programs that I design and facilitate are for diverse organizations such as Société Générale, BNP, Natixis, Barclays, KPMG, GE Healthcare, Pullman Hotels, Total, Technip, SBM Offshore, Air France and Safran, as well as number of companies in the IT Services sector such as Axway, Sage, Criteo and KDS. I was previously with Marks & Spencer, involved in growing and adapting the chain of retail stores for the Continental European market. Among my leadership roles were Divisional Commercial Controller and Store Operations Manager for the French, Belgian, Spanish and Irish subsidiaries.
