About
Personal Profile: For more than 15 years, I have been a noteworthy professional in the marketing and ecommerce field covering Brand/Product marketing, Communications and Digital. My experiences are accumulated from working in brands and retailers like adidas, Triumph, Autobacs and Lazada (currently a Channel Manager for LazMall Prestige at Lazada).
In the recent years, I have developed an passion in adult education and coaching, and have taken the necessary steps to achieve the relevant certification with iAL and ICF. During the years of working the corporate environment, I realized that it lacked managers who are able to coach and facilitate learning. I wish to set an example by equipping myself with the skills to coach, mentor and inspire. Hopefully, in my small ways, I can create more of such managers who will then benefit the workforce of today. In the long term, I want to dive deeper into the area of coaching youths, to make a positive impact in this dynamic stage of their lives. This is an area of interest because they will be the future leaders who will impact the world we (and my children) will live in.
I am also a volunteer mentor with CARE Singapore and Halogen, where I work with youths as a guiding light, to help them discover their potential, and become better individuals.
