Personal Profile: As an executive Coach, Samuel helps companies to develop their high potentials and to continuously develop current executives leadership skills to ensure company success. He also helps new managerial team, executives who want to improve their relationship with workers, professionals who want to appreciate their work more and create a better working environment and, ones who want to change their leadership/managerial styles. Samuel believes in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in peoples lives. He believes in unleashing of human's potential to be the best that one can be and he is determined to help people live their lives courageously and passionately. It is this belief and commitment that motivated him to make a personal career switch in the 1990s from the Infocomm industry to start his headhunting firm in 1998 With Samuels coaching, his clients discover more about themselves and gain new insights to their situations which allow them to make better choices and take effective action. The other benefits that his clients have received include improved working relationships with direct reports/supervisors, increased job satisfaction, positive impact on performance, improved skills (like communication, delegation, conflict management, team building, persuasion, etc), greater productivity, motivation and confidence, etc. Beyond his professional life, Samuel served as a volunteer for several community causes such as the Reach-Out Programmes for Aged Residents in Henderson. Currently, he volunteers at the Cheshire Home which caters to wheel-chair bound residents.
