Personal Profile: I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and founder of Compass Coaching LLP, based in Singapore.
I partner with professionals, leaders and individuals navigating leadership challenges, career decisions, professional and life transitions, and periods of change or uncertainty.
My Integrated Coaching approach looks beyond the immediate challenge to consider the whole person — how professional ambitions, personal priorities, behaviours, relationships, emotional intelligence and life circumstances can influence one another.
Depending on the client and context, I draw on Emotional Intelligence, behavioural and communication approaches, cognitive and limiting-belief work, and self-awareness tools to support reflection, greater awareness and conscious decision-making.
I am certified to administer and debrief the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® Emotional Intelligence assessments and also work with DISC, Enneagram and other self-awareness tools where relevant.
Originally from Switzerland and based in Singapore since 2002, I bring an international and cross-cultural perspective shaped by experience across creative industries, communication, marketing, technology, entrepreneurship and non-profit leadership.
I work with clients in Singapore and internationally, both in person and online.
