About
Personal Profile: I have forty years of coaching and mentoring experience backed by successful and varied careers in the public, corporate, military, academic and non-profit sectors, from volunteer to management to board level. My coaching qualification is Columbia Credentialed Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) of Columbia University and I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation. My experience is enhanced through completing the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School, as the elected valedictorian of my cohort. I have been a military and civilian leader of distinction with numerous military operational medals and civilian awards for excellence in community and humanitarian endeavors. I am concurrently a medical doctor and specialist physician (gastroenterology) for over 40 years, providing an exceptional understanding of the human condition and the ability to approach clients in a holistic manner.
One Sentence Introduction: My approach to executive and organization coaching transcends a conventional focus on process and performance coaching to integrate the whole person and a lifetime of experiences, recognizing cognitive and emotional connections that inform a world-view and unconscious default responses, thus facilitating deep insight, accurate perspectives and value-based purposes so as to create novel self-generative responses, new success strategies and new life.
